Marsala wines meet great Italian products.

Alongside the consortia of Parmigiano Reggiano, Culatello di Zibello, Limone di Siracusa and Gorgonzola, other consortia to be defined will also participate. We will build tasting routes that connect product, place and story.
At the same time, professionals and enthusiasts will be able to participate in training sessions led by journalists, experts and university professors, focusing on wine tourism, marketing, communication and the future of wine.

HO.RE.CA.

A program designed for those who work in the restaurant, bar, roastery and everyday hospitality world.

Training takes shape in the Unusual Academy, created in collaboration with Bargiornale, with short, focused workshops suitable even for those with little time. They will discuss communication and management, sustainability, service, and new technologies.

HOSPITALITY 3.0

An international workshop conducted with GAIN Academy

Growth Advisors International Network, a global hub of C-level advisors specializing in travel, hospitality, technology and MICE. Here senior profile professionals lead educational and strategic tracks on hospitality innovation.

They will discuss artificial intelligence, immersive environments, digital twin and technologies applied to the travel experience, and new ways of management and communication.

Unusual Marsala was created to overcome labels.

It is not a fair, nor a festival. It is not a product review, nor a technical congress. It is an experimental, open, truly unusual project: an unprecedented set of languages, practices and visions that cannot be contained in a single definition.
A place that puts wine, hospitality and innovation in dialogue. An opportunity to bring together different worlds: producers, restaurateurs, technologists, travelers.
At the center is Marsala, but the gaze is international.
To imagine together new ways of welcoming, collaborating, telling about a territory.

Free training Every morning: two parallel, free professional development tracks

Vertical training for the Ho.Re.Ca world, with workshops on communication, management, sustainability and new digital tools. Curated by academics, entrepreneurs and innovators in the sector.

International track curated by Growth Advisors International Network, with professionals from around the world. Focus on hospitality tech, data analytics, digital twin, AI applied to hospitality, NFT and immersive environments.

EVENTS

Creative tastings, mixology in historic bars, international meetings, immersive experiences. For a few days, Marsala changes face: it becomes an open space, to be experienced, to be explored. A program that mixes knowledge, visions and different ways of inhabiting the city.
